Along with the economic and defence sectors, cultural political sphere is an indicator of state's authority on world stage. A country's success in this area depends population's understanding government's appropriate actions. Therefore, a balanced strategy legitimization state not only justifies activities for citizens, but also solves number socio-economic problems.
